The Neighbourhood
Welcome to New Tecumseth! The neighbourhood of New Tecumseth is comprised of 3 towns: Tottenham, Beeton and Alliston. I've had the privilege of growing up in New Tecumseth since 1998 and am proud to call Tottenham my hometown.
Tottenham
Tottenham is the Southernmost town of New Tecumseth, sitting on the North side of Highway 9. Tottenham is widely known for the South Simcoe Steam Train and the beautiful conservation area boasting a large pond. This is small-town living at its finest, close to all amenities. Commuting times are 25 minutes to Newmarket, 45 minutes to Pearson Airport and under 1 hour to Downtown Toronto.
Beeton
Beeton is located in between Tottenham and Alliston and is the smallest of the 3 towns. Beeton has a small-town charm to it. Historical buildings and landmarks make Bee-Town a unique sought-after community to call home. Beeton is well-renowned for its Spring Honey and Garden Festival that attracts hundreds of vendors and thousands of people. It is also home to one of the oldest Canadian agricultural fall fairs.
Alliston
Alliston is the largest town of New Tecumseth, located in the most Northern location, on Highway 89. It is in the top 10 fastest-growing communities and is built around the large auto manufacturer of Honda. Alliston is known for its potato farmers and the town celebrates this annually with the Alliston Potato Festival. The town possesses many large retail stores and a wide array of restaurants.

Community Involvement
Over the 20 plus years I have lived in the community of New Tecumseth, I have been involved in various activities for its greater good. The one I am most proud of is the one I created and took on myself, The Tree Seedling Planting Program, where I purchase and distribute native tree seedlings to members of our community. Over the past 6 years I have distributed over 2,500 native tree seedlings. Each year in May I use the funds I have put aside for the program to reach out to the community to see who would like me to personally deliver the tree seedlings to plant on their properties.
The Tree Seedling Planting Program I have founded is the inspiration behind Jessica DโArrigo Real Estateโs slogan, โHelping you put down roots.โ
