I am a designated Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) making me a skillful advocate for all my clients. I am also designated as a Seller Representation Specialist (SRS) giving me the knowledge and skills essential in professionally and ethically representing sellers. Finally, I am a certified Resort & Second-Home Specialist (RSPS) providing me with valuable knowledge in investment properties, recreational properties, and vacation properties.
Another advantageous asset I possess is my experience with the home building and renovation process. I have worked hand-in-hand with my husbandโs general contracting business, DArrigo Construction Ltd, since it was founded in 2015. With his 25 plus years of experience in the construction industry, it is highly valuable to receive answers to home building questions almost immediately when buying and selling a home.
I also have experience working in the retail banking industry, specifically with the mortgage financing process, which I pursued prior to beginning my real estate career. With this knowledge combined with working collectively with my mortgage broker Massimo DeLuca, there are no better hands you could be in.
