About Me
My deep passion for real estate has had me following trends in New Tecumseth since I moved to the area in 1998. I have lived both rurally and in the town of Tottenham, which has given me a wealth of practical knowledge about the community. I am known for my honesty, integrity and reliability. I am family-oriented raising 2 beautiful daughters with my husband, 2 dogs, a cat, and 5 chickens. Notably, I am also an excellent communicator, which is key for the best real estate experience. Qualifications
I am a designated Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) making me a skillful advocate for all my clients. I am also designated as a Seller Representation Specialist (SRS) giving me the knowledge and skills essential in professionally and ethically representing sellers. Finally, I am a certified Resort & Second-Home Specialist (RSPS) providing me valuable knowledge in investment properties, recreational properties, and vacation properties.
Another advantageous asset I possess is my experience with the home building and renovation process. I have worked hand-in-hand with my husband’s general contracting business, DArrigo Construction Ltd, since it was founded in 2015. With his 25 plus years of experience in the construction industry, it is highly valuable to receive answers to home building questions almost immediately when buying and selling a home.
I also have experience working in the retail banking industry, specifically with the mortgage financing process, which I pursued prior to beginning my real estate career. With this knowledge combined with working collectively with my mortgage broker Massimo DeLuca, there are no better hands you could be in.
Community Involvement
Over the 20 plus years I have lived in the community of New Tecumseth, I have been involved in various activities for its greater good. The one I am most proud of is the one I created and took on myself, The Tree Seedling Planting Program, where I purchase and distribute native tree seedlings to members of our community. Over the past 5 years I have distributed over 2,500 native tree seedlings. Each year in May I use the funds I have put aside for the program to reach out to the community to see who would like me to personally deliver the tree seedlings to plant on their properties.
The Tree Seedling Planting Program I have founded is the inspiration behind Jessica D’Arrigo Real Estate’s slogan, "Helping you put down roots."
